with Black Sesame, Cilantro, & Coconut Miso Vinaigrette


A year round favorite at our markets. Sweet, creamy garnet sweet potatoes are roasted and then tossed with sauteed kale in a light coconut based dressing. Perfect on its own or as a side to any of our main dishes.
