The newest addition to our holiday menu is a stunner. A sumptuous Rancho Gordo Royall Corona Bean and kale stew is layered with kale pesto, herbed gluten-free breadcrumbs, and topped with sweet fennel, carrots, and turnips before being baked. This is an incredible vegetarian main dish or a unique alternative side to stuffing or mashed potatoes. Would also be a great accompaniment to any meat dish.
