Grilled Curry Chicken with Cilantro Chutney

 A perfect weeknight meal with some of my favorite flavors. Boneless chicken thighs are marinated in curry and served with coconut rice, sweet potato, and a cilantro chutney. -Sam M

Reheating instructions: 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven, or microwave for 4-5 minutes

Chicken marinade: chicken, yogurt, curry powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, fresh ginger, garlic, chili flakes, rice bran oil, salt and pepper Coconut Rice: rice, coconut, water, salt pepper Cilantro chutney: Cilantro, grape seed oil, olive oil, rice
