A hearty side dish or vegetarian option, this blend of nutty farro and sweet roasted delicata squash is delicious. Would pair perfectly well with a salmon, chicken or beef.

Farro (wheat), squash, kale, piquillo peppers, champagne vinegar, lemon juice, grape seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, shallots, agave syrup, dijon mustard, fresh thyme, salt, pepper
