How do I confirm my order?

Once you submit your order through our online order platform, you will receive a confirmation email.

What is the deadline to place or edit my order?

All orders must be confirmed with a credit card by 3pm, 2 days prior to the respective event date. Any changes or additions to the menu or delivery information must be made by that deadline.

Do you have an order minimum?

Our order minimum for delivery is $150, excluding the delivery charge. 

Where do you deliver to?

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges start at $35

Can I pick up my order?

We no longer offer pick up of catering orders from our Bi-Rite Market locations. For questions or assistance with your delivery plans, please call our office at 415-321-8070 x1.

How does the food arrive?

All our food arrives beautifully presented on ready-to-serve recyclable platters.

Do you cater hot food?

Yes! We offer a seasonal selection of hot food items. Please contact our Catering Department to learn more. 415-321-8070 x1

Do you offer staff and rentals?

Yes! We can take care of all your event needs, including service staff, bartenders, full bar, rentals, florals, etc. Please reach out to the Bi-Rite Catering Team at catering@biritemarket.com to discuss your event needs.

When do you charge my credit card?

All orders are charged in full the day prior to the event date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any order cancelled after the 3pm deadline will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the order total. Any order cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee of the order total.

Do you accept gratuity?

Thank you but we do not accept gratuity!
